About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying critical systems that power our platform. You will have a significant impact on our product and technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and reliable software systems.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Go.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of our platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
• Work with Kubernetes and AWS to deploy and manage our services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
