Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy backend services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Mentor junior engineers
Participate in code reviews

Qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of backend development experience
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of distributed systems and messaging queues (Kafka)

Nice to haves

Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with microservices architecture
