Summary

• add knowledge-graph-retraction-guard, a focused knowledge-graph integrity slice for issue #17
• detect entity and relationship findings from retraction/correction notices, suppress recommendations backed by retracted evidence, and export JSON-LD audit evidence
• include sample graph input, requirement map, SVG/MP4/GIF demo artifacts, and local validation scripts
