What this adds

Adds a self-contained scientific-knowledge-graph-integration/ module for the Scientific Knowledge Graph Integration bounty.

Requirement mapping

• Entity extraction for concepts, authors, affiliations, software tools, datasets, protocols, DOIs, and ontology terms.
• Linked graph construction with typed nodes, relationships, usage contexts, and schema.org JSON-LD export.
• Entity pages with citation reach, domains, source research objects, and relationship summaries.
• Knowledge navigation queries with text, node type, domain, reproducibility, and seed-entity filters.
• AI recommendation payloads for project sidebars, weekly digest email, and discovery-mode UI.
• Dependency-free demo API and browser dashboard for quick review.

How to verify

cd scientific-knowledge-graph-integration
npm run check
npm start

Open http://localhost:4177 and search for CRISPR.

API smoke checks:

Validation performed

• npm run check passes: 4 Node tests, snapshot export, and animated demo GIF generation.
• Manual API smoke test returned HTTP 200 for /api/dashboard and /api/query?q=CRISPR.
• git diff --check passes.

The implementation is intentionally isolated from the existing event-operation folders and can be reviewed without changing current repo behavior.
