@algora-pbc /claim #14
Summary
- Adds a self-contained
scientific-artifact-hosting module for dataset, code, notebook, and model artifact hosting.
- Implements artifact manifests with folder grouping, hashes, previews, version links, metadata exports, FAIR compliance scoring, scientific tag indexing, runtime planning, compute triggers, and a hosting dashboard.
- Documents how the module maps to the issue requirements in
scientific-artifact-hosting/docs/requirement-map.md.
Requirement coverage
- Storage and browsing:
/api/manifest groups hosted artifacts, previews CSV/JSON/text content, and tracks version lineage.
- Metadata standards:
/api/metadata returns JSON-LD, DataCite, and schema.org payloads.
- FAIR readiness:
/api/fair scores findability, accessibility, interoperability, reuse, and API coverage.
- Version control:
/api/diff reports schema, row, and checksum changes between dataset versions.
- Search tags:
/api/tags builds keyword, instrument, organism, and variable indexes.
- Executable environments:
/api/runtime describes a reproducible Python runtime with mounted artifacts and expected outputs.
- Compute integration:
/api/triggers models webhook, scheduled, and manual run triggers.
- Unified status:
/api/dashboard combines the hosting workflows for product/API integration.
