Summary

• Add a self-contained structured-repository-diff-review/ module for Project Repository & Version Control.
• Focus on reviewer-facing structured change review rather than another broad repository ledger or release engine.
• Implement typed component manifests, content hashes, CSV/JSON/notebook-aware diffs, semantic impact scoring, reproducibility planning, rollback plans, provenance summaries, citation metadata, and export bundles.

Differentiation

This module is scoped to scientific dataset/notebook/metadata change review before a merge request is accepted. Existing #10 submissions cover broad repository ledgers and release workflows; this adds the structured diff and rollback review surface reviewers need for data tables, notebooks, metadata, and large result artifacts.
