Summary

Adds a dependency-free community-reputation/ MVP module for SCIBASE community and reputation workflows.

Implemented coverage:

• Discipline-specific peer-review templates.
• Structured peer-review scoring for clarity, rigor, novelty, reproducibility, or custom criteria.
• Public, semi-private, and anonymous review modes.
• Inline comments on documents, datasets, code, and notebooks.
• Reviewer profile history and project timeline tracking.
• Timestamped contributor credits using CRediT-style roles.
• Git-style project contributor graph summaries.
• Visible credits on researcher profiles and citation-page entries.
• Transparent reputation scoring from citations, forks, endorsements, peer reviews, comments, reproducibility checks, and bounty completions.
• Domain, region, and institution leaderboards.
• Badge assignment for Trusted Reviewer, Reproducibility Verifier, Bounty Solver, and Open Science Champion.

Validation

Both commands pass locally.
