Summary

• Adds a self-contained scientific-bounty-workspace-privacy module for the Scientific Bounty System.
• Covers solver prequalification, anonymous/named participation, NDA and conflict checks, artifact hashing, required-deliverable coverage, role-based access decisions, IP-safe release states, and deterministic submission package manifests.
• Includes sample workspaces, reviewer docs, a requirement map, CLI demo, SVG demo, and MP4 demo artifact.

Why this slice is distinct

Existing submissions cover broad challenge intake, arbitration, scoring, and payout ledgers. This module focuses on the secure solver workspace boundary: what a sponsor, reviewer, solver, or arbitrator can see before evaluation unlock, dispute, and payout completion.
