Summary

Adds a self-contained collaborative-research-editor module for the real-time collaborative research editor and interface bounty.

What is included

• Typed scientific blocks for Markdown, LaTeX, code, notebooks, data, figures, protocols, and metadata.
• Deterministic edit operations for block updates, insertions, deletions, and moves.
• Version snapshots with per-block hashes after every accepted change.
• Section locking so frozen review areas cannot be edited by other collaborators.
• Inline comments, suggestions, task workflow, and collaborator presence payloads.
• Publication outline export for reviewer dashboards or downstream manuscript flows.
• README, requirement map, schema, runnable demo, and tests.

Validation

• Wrote the test first and verified the initial failure on the missing module.
