Adds a self-contained project-repository-version-control module for SCIBASE project repositories and version control.

What is included

• Repository workspaces with manuscript, data, code, notebook, results, protocol, metadata, and environment file types.
• Commit history, rollback, tagging, semantic version labels, and content-hash integrity tracking.
• Forking and merge-request workflows with attribution and provenance events.
• Reproducibility checks for metadata, raw data, analysis code, results, environment files, and pipeline definitions.
• DOI-style citation generation and export manifests with schema.org metadata.
• Requirement mapping, README, runnable demo, schema, and tests.
