@algora-pbc /claim #18
Summary
Implements a self-contained Scientific Bounty Trust System milestone for issue #18.
This focuses on the trust and payment mechanics that make a scientific bounty marketplace usable:
- challenge posting contracts with deliverables, phases, timeline, prize pool, rubric, NDA/public access policy, and funded escrow state
- submission package manifests with artifact checksums, audit logs, disclosure level, and protected workspace rules
- arbitration cases with automated deliverable checklist, reviewer votes, sponsor feedback, score, decision, and rationale
- escrow-style payout routing across individuals, teams, and institutions
- IP terms that prevent unpaid transfer by keeping solver rights until platform payout release
- lightweight local API/demo server for reviewer inspection
