Summary

This PR implements MCP-UI support in Archestra Chat UI, enabling interactive UI widgets from MCP servers.

Implementation

✅ 1. MCP-UI Integration in Chat UI

• Added @mcp-ui/client dependency
• Integrated UIResourceRenderer component in chat-messages.tsx
• Auto-detection of UI resources (uri: ui://)
• Conditional rendering: interactive widgets vs plain text

✅ 2. Example MCP Servers

• Weather UI Server - Gradient weather cards with forecast
• Task Manager UI Server - Interactive task list with completion

✅ 3. Gateway Compatibility

• Works via MCP Gateway
• Works via LLM Gateway
