What does this PR do?

Used FormBuilder in SingleForm component, tested locally, seems to work fine.

This is my first PR here, maybe something breaks, please PR review with strict scrutiny, I intend to address all PR comments to my best knowledge.

I have not added/modified any tests as I believe my code changes might require some more further change, once I am clear on that, I can look into test cases (Please guide me what scenarios should be tested/modified here).
