Description

This PR officially adds support for Debian 13 (Trixie) and Alpine Linux.

Changes:

• Debian 13 Fallback: Since Docker does not yet have an official repository for Trixie, the installer now automatically falls back to the bookworm repository. This ensures Docker installs correctly instead of failing with a 404 error.
• Alpine Linux Support: Added full support for Alpine Linux in the install.sh script and the InstallDocker.php action.
• Improved OS Detection: Updated constants and helper scripts to recognize trixie as a supported Debian-based OS.
