What does this PR do?

Added the initial Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP piece.

• Implemented Basic Authentication (Base URL + Username + Password).
• Implemented a generic “Create Record” action that works with any Oracle ERP object (Invoices, Customers, etc).

Explain How the Feature Works

The piece uses the Oracle Fusion REST API.

• Auth: Users provide their instance Base URL and credentials.
• Action: The create_record action accepts a resource endpoint (e.g., /fscmRestApi/resources/...) and a JSON body to create the record dynamically.

Relevant User Scenarios

• Syncing new customers from Salesforce/HubSpot into Oracle ERP.
• Automatically creating invoices when a Stripe payment occurs.
• Automating inventory updates from e-commerce platforms.
