Fixes #8154

This PR adds full support for Alpine Linux servers in Coolify.

Changes

• app/Actions/Server/InstallPrerequisites.php: Added handler for Alpine Linux using apk to install curl, wget, git, and jq.
• app/Actions/Server/InstallDocker.php: Added handler for Alpine Linux using apk and OpenRC (rc-update + service) for Docker installation.
• bootstrap/helpers/constants.php: Ensured alpine is in the SUPPORTED_OS list.
