Modified MetaCodec.examples() to accept a mediaType parameter and handle text/plain separately from JSON.

Updated AtomizedMetaCodecs.contentExamples() to accept an optional mediaType parameter, look up the schema for the requested media type

Added a valueToString() helper that converts values to strings for text/plain.

responsesForAlternatives() passes the media type when generating response examples

requestBody passes the media type when generating request body examples
