What does this PR do?

Add new actions and triggers for Vimeo:

Actions:

• Upload video: Upload a video file from a specified URL.
• Add video to showcase (previously album): Add an existing video to a user’s showcase collection.
• Add video to folder: Add an existing video to a user’s folder.
• Delete video: Permanently deletes a video from the user’s account

Triggers;

• New video by search: Fires when a new video is added that matches a search query
• New video by user: Fires when another specified user adds a video
• New video liked: Fires when you like a video on Vimeo
• New video of mine: Fires when you add/upload a new video
