This PR addresses the ‘Configuration error while installing Google Workspace MCP’ issue (#2717).

Changes

Implemented transformExternalServerToCatalogItem in McpServerInstallationRequestModel to correctly map localConfig (command, environment, etc.) from external manifests during the installation approval process. This ensures that the created internal catalog item has all the necessary details to spawn a pod.
