this test file tests run during CI and test following -

• when the app completes on its own (either via failure or success)

• when app completes due to an external signal (e.g., SIGINT)

as mentioned in issue it covers

1. Correct error code is emitted
2. Application finalizers are run (except for catastrophic failures) -> (covered standard ZIO error channels (failure, defect and interruption).
3. Shutdown sequence doesn’t hang
4. gracefulShutdownTimeout is respected -> (shutdown sequence doesn’t hang and is reasonably fast, check general shutdown timeliness.)
