DESCRIPTION:

This change introduces Sentry.io’s Qt SDK for crash log reporting on Linux (gcc), macOS (clang), and Windows (mingw).

The implementation includes:

• A user consent dialog that appears after the first crash, allowing users to opt-in to reporting.
• An option for users to add custom text to explain what they were doing before the crash.
• Cross-platform configuration for the Sentry backend, using crashpad for Windows and macOS.
• A --crash command-line option for testing the crash reporting in debug builds.

Crash reporting is enabled by default for all testing/PTB builds. For official builds, consent is requested after the first crash.
