This PR implements secure storage for tokens, certificates, and keys in config.yaml.

• Updates CoreConfig to include Token, CertPath, KeyPath.
• Updates permctl configure to prompt for these values.
• Updates gRPC client to use stored credentials for secure connections. Closes #2
