fix: enable Windows RDP Keep Alive via registry keys
coder/registry#706
This PR enables RDP Keep Alive by setting the KeepAliveEnable and KeepAliveInterval registry keys in the windows-rdp and local-windows-rdp modules.
This ensures RDP sessions remain active and prevents premature timeouts.
