This PR adds support for the Groq provider to Archestra’s LLM proxy and Chat UI.

Key changes:

• Created GroqAdapter for backend proxy support (streaming, tool calls, usage).
• Updated model-constants and routes in shared workspace.
• Added Groq API key management and model selection to the frontend.
• Added comprehensive unit tests for the Groq adapter (all tests passing).
