Adds two one-click service templates for SurrealDB, as requested in #7642.

Templates

surrealdb.yaml — Standalone (RocksDB)

• Single-container SurrealDB with RocksDB storage engine
• Persistent volume at /data
• Auto-generated root credentials via SERVICE_USER/SERVICE_PASSWORD
• Health check on /health endpoint

surrealdb-with-tikv.yaml — Distributed (TiKV)

• SurrealDB backed by TiKV distributed storage
• Includes PD (Placement Driver) and TiKV services
• All services have health checks and persistent volumes
• Proper startup ordering via depends_on conditions

Changes

• templates/compose/surrealdb.yaml — RocksDB variant
• templates/compose/surrealdb-with-tikv.yaml — TiKV variant
• svgs/surrealdb.png — SurrealDB logo

Testing

Both templates have been validated for correct YAML syntax and follow the existing Coolify service template conventions (header metadata, SERVICE_URL, SERVICE_USER/PASSWORD, healthchecks, volumes).
