Summary

This PR adds a secure and PCI-compliant LawPay (AffiniPay) payment integration:

• ✅ HMAC-SHA256 webhook signature verification
• ✅ Sanitized logging (no PII or full payloads)
• ✅ Rounded charge amounts to integer cents
• ✅ Added LawPay environment variable to turbo.json
• ✅ Localized payment option label for i18n

Testing

• Verified webhook signature validation using mock LawPay event
• Confirmed charge.success, charge.failed, and refund.processed events handled correctly
• Passed ESLint, type-check, and turbo build
