What does this PR do?

This PR adds a new Google Chat API piece to Activepieces that enables integration with Google Chat (formerly Google Hangouts Chat). The piece provides actions to send messages, manage space members, search messages, and retrieve message details, plus triggers to monitor for new messages and mentions in real-time.

Explain How the Feature Works

The Google Chat API piece connects to Google Chat using OAuth2 authentication and offers:

Actions (6):

• Send messages to spaces or threads
• Search through message history with filters
• Add members to spaces with role assignment
• Retrieve specific message details
• Get direct message information
• Find members by email

Triggers (2):

• New Message: Webhook trigger for real-time message monitoring
• New Mention: Webhook trigger for when users are mentioned

The piece handles authentication, API calls, and webhook management automatically, making it easy to build workflows that interact with Google Chat.
