Adds OpenReplay as a one-click service template in Coolify.

• New openreplay template with 8 services:
  • Infrastructure: PostgreSQL 16, ClickHouse 24.3, Redis 7, MinIO (S3-compatible)
  • Application: API, Frontend, HTTP (ingestion), Sink (data processing), Storage
  • Healthchecks on all infrastructure services
  • Coolify-native variables (SERVICE_FQDN_*, SERVICE_PASSWORD_*, SERVICE_USER_*)
  • FQDN: Frontend on port 8080, API on port 8090
