Implements the SparkFun MicroMod STM32 Processor board featuring the STM32F405RGT6 microcontroller.

- STM32F405RGT6 ARM Cortex-M4 (LQFP-64)
- 22mm MicroMod form factor with 75-pin edge connector
- 12MHz HSE + 32.768kHz LSE crystals
- SPI Flash W25Q128
- Power decoupling capacitors
- Reset circuitry
