Summary

• Add POEM.md at the repository root.
• Include an original four-stanza poem written specifically around FreelanceFlow’s scope, evidence, review, and payout flow.
• Add an animated SVG preview so the poem can be reviewed quickly from the PR body.

Creative note

I used a harbor-manifest theme because the project turns freelance work into declared cargo: scoped upfront, inspected with evidence, cleared in review, and released as payout.
