This PR fixes a security issue (#7655) where all environment variables (including passwords/secrets) were shared across all containers in a Docker Compose project.

Changes:

• Implemented per-service .env file generation (.env.service_name).
• Updated the deployment job to filter SERVICE_PASSWORD_ and other service-specific variables.
• Maintained global sharing of discovery metadata (SERVICE_URL_, SERVICE_FQDN_).
• Updated compose parsers to use the new per-service env files.
